2. Terms of use What these terms cover These terms apply to anyone who visits studiog.build or ai.studiog.build, the AI 101 course (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the Site.
What the Site is The Site presents Studio G, its vision and the products it builds, hosts the AI 101 course, and lets you contact Studio G or join a product’s waitlist through a form. It is free and needs no account.
Studio G products Other products shown on the Site may run on their own website or app, with its own terms and privacy policy. Those apply when you use the product. These terms only cover the Site.
Intellectual property Everything on the Site belongs to Alexandre Gabadou or is used with permission: the Studio G name, the logo, the design system, texts, visuals and code. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or reuse any of it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use or short quotes that credit Studio G and link to the Site.
Using the contact form Please don’t send unlawful, offensive or misleading content, spam, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. Avoid sending confidential information: a message doesn’t create a confidentiality agreement or a business relationship.
Availability Studio G aims to keep the Site available but can’t guarantee it will always be online or error-free. The Site may be changed, paused or closed at any time, for example for maintenance.
Content written with AI Some content on the Site, including the AI 101 lessons, is written with the help of AI models, from the sources it links to. AI can make mistakes: a summary may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date even when its source is right. Check the linked source before you rely on a claim, and tell us at hello@studiog.build if you spot an error: we correct it.
Content and liability Content on the Site is general information. It may be incomplete or out of date, and isn’t professional advice. Studio G isn’t liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the Site, or for problems caused by your device, your connection or events outside its control. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it.
External links The Site links to other websites, including Studio G products and third-party services. Studio G doesn’t control them and isn’t responsible for their content or practices.
Changes These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, which applies when you use the Site.
Law and disputes These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, please contact Studio G first to find a solution. Failing that, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules let you go to another court.
